Hello everyone! Over the course of last week, we had our last Student Chapter meeting for the members of year 14/15, as well as the Annual General Meeting which includes a talk from Mr Theo Voogt.

On Wednesday, we held our Annual General meeting. We kicked off the event with a talk from Mr Theo Voogt, who shared with us his knowledge of the fragrance industry from his years of experience. He also introduced to us the different fragrance companies.
"Mr Theo advised us to persevere in the perfumery industry because we would definitely see the fruit of our hard work in the future. He is also very helpful as he introduced to us the different pathways that we can take, as well as the various career opportunities." - Sylvia (Year 1)
"He is really patient when he is explaining the different roles every part of the company plays in order to produce a product. He also made us aware that there are projects initiated by companies such as Robertet, where perfumers and technical experts will work together with communities to sustainably source and process the natural ingredients for use in their creations." - Ke Xin (Year 1)
Next, Vanessa, our President for the Student Chapter team 14/15 gave her farewell speech. Then, Christine took over and introduced the new members for her team for year 15/16, the projected activities planned for the year, as well as the new DPCS shirt design.
