I hope everyone managed to relax or catch up with old friends or go shopping!! ;D (GSS is seriously a dangerous time to go window shopping. :X)
So anyway, the first week after the term break is over. Year 1s are probably a lot more settled in to Life in SP; Year 2s are going to hear about their ITP soon and Year 3s... enough said by your senior hehehe :D

I'm so excited about ITP and I know most Year 2s are too! :D Can't wait to hear about opportunities for us!
On the 27th of June, we had a talk from PURAC, the company that is sponsoring a module that we will be taking in Year 3 Sem 2: CP4522 Formulation Science of Cosmetics. In this module, we would be required to use ingredients sponsored by PURAC to formulate a cosmetic product. The best product would be given prizes for their achievement! After the talk, we all had a light refreshment before the President Election. After the speech, everyone cast their vote and the new President of DPCS Student Chapter is Hilary Tay! (FYI, the past Presidents were Alethea and Jia Lun who are both in Year 3 now.)
Details about the Student Chapter will only be out later on. Hang on till then! :)
